1. Equipment Overview

The SPHC-2 vertical machining center is a custom-designed machine from Kejie Technology, developed by Supo Company for high-speed machining of various processes including milling, drilling, boring, reaming, and tapping. This machine tool is suitable for batch processing of small and medium-sized boxes, covers, discs, plates, shells, valves, cams, jigs, hardware parts, and the production of various molds. It is also suitable for machining complex parts.

2. Equipment Features

• Unique design structure effectively ensures the overall dynamic characteristics of the machine tool.

• All three axes adopt linear guide design, resulting in fast acceleration and deceleration response and effectively improving the machining efficiency of the machine tool.

• A stable base and column, combined with lightweight motion axis components, effectively ensures the stability of the machine tool during high acceleration and deceleration movements.

• The tool arm-type tool magazine has a capacity of 24 tools, is stable and reliable, and is essential for product processing.

• Equipped with a high-performance CNC system, it ensures the stability of machine tool control and guarantees the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by the user.

• The machine tool features an internal twin-screw rear chip conveyor and a rear-mounted water tank design, which is user-friendly and highly efficient. Optional features include an external chain plate chip conveyor and a central water outlet filtration system, adapting to various working conditions and providing good cutting fluid for workpiece machining.

• Excellent human-machine interface design; the entire machine is fully enclosed for easy operation.
