On-Machine Measurement

Machining on SUOOPR CNC machine, the geometric accuracy and contour accuracy of the workpiece can be obtained immediately after processing finished like a three coordinates measurement system does but without taking off the workpiece from the machine. this technology uses a high- precision measuring probe on the machine, and cooperates with the measurement program and software developed by SUOOPR .

The on-machine measuring result can not only judge the machining quality immediately after the machining completed, but also quickly detect whether there is any abnormality and the user can deal with that before remove the workpiece from the machine.

The wireless probe can perform the automatic measurement of workpiece reference through the quick centering function in SUOOPR system that improve the efficeintcy of the CNC machine use and stabilize the machining quality, and reduce the artificial error.
